Through an integral briefing session, we get to unearth exactly what the key requirements are that you are seeking. Covering both technical requirements and culture fit, we spend the time to really know what success will look like in this role for both yourself and the candidate. Agreed timeframes will be set, and the sourcing process will commence!

A pre-screen conversation with every potential candidate will be conducted. This is a great opportunity for both the candidate and us to know if there is a potential alignment with the role requirements. Once this has been agreed, a thorough interview consultation will commence this includes behaviouralquestions and an open discussion for both us and the candidate to learn more about their background, expectations of the role, advise on next steps and an opportunity for the candidate to ask further questions.
Once the selection process has been completed, we present back the shortlisted CVs to you. These candidates will be the selected candidates that best match the role requirements and culturally fit the team. Occasionally we also add the additional wild card option to give you that little bit of fresh perspective, plus we like to keep you on your toes!
