4. New Chapter Talent uses reasonable efforts to monitor and ensure that job vacancies are accurate, current and/or continue to be available but cannot provide any guarantees to that effect. New Chapter Talent disclaims any liability in respect of a job description or availability or choice of candidate by New Chapter Talent clients.
